There are also those texts concerning Inheritance Tax, especially articles 777 and subsequent in the General Tax Code.

Finally, there are also those texts concerning archives, especially access to them, found in articles L 213-1 and subsequent in the Inheritance Code. 

Furthermore, packs prepared for the Master II in Notarial Law at the Montesquieu University of Bordeaux, as well as by certain Chamber members, better explain the current reforms and texts.
